    Good stuff David. I have shared this with our entire dealership. This does not only pertain to the Sales Department but Service, Finance, Business office, Receptionists and Porters. Thanks!

  2. Tim, thank you for the comment! I agree, the changes that need to take place need to happen in every department, not just sales. What did everybody else at the dealership think, did they get it?

    Right on target, great connection. Dealers seem to be the last to adopt new technology yet have the most to gain.

    • Thank you for the comment and you are right! With the adversarial relationship that auto dealers have with their customers dealerships have a ton of opportunity to build trust and community around their personal brand.

    • Very true! If a dealer can change the normal, adversarial relationship, that most dealerships have with their customers into one based off of trust and mutual respect then they have a lot to gain indeed!
